The head coach of Manchester United, Erik ten Hag, after the match has spoken for Zirkzee in very good comments, noted that for a striker, it is important that he gets involved in build-up, but scoring.
‘Yes [he gets involved in build-up], but scoring, for a striker, is important. He should be there, where he was, to finish, to kill. But yeah, he has more qualities, so he has to get the right balance’ said Ten Hag.
He also has a couple of words for the other club signing, Noussair Mazraoui (DEF, 4.5m), who also made his debut for Manchester United.
